消息面上，4月14日，中国纺织品进出口商会，3月，在外贸企业为避免更高关税、集中“抢出口”，以及去年同期基数较低因素的共同拉动下，我国纺织服装出口同比实现较快增长。根据海关总署4月14日发布的最新数据，按美元计，3月纺织服装出口234亿美元，同比增长12.9%，较1-2月大幅改善16个百分点。一季度纺织服装累计出口662.8亿美元，同比增长1%，由负转正。其中，纺织品累计出口332.7亿美元，同比增长4%，服装出口330.1亿美元，同比下降1.9%。
小摩发布研报称，超盈国际控股股价自从4月3日以来已经下跌超过30%，相信主要由于关税问题。相信受关税调整已经过度，原因包括：美国的订单(公司50%的收入来自美国)都在海外制造和出口；美国对越南46%的额外关税自4月10日起已经暂缓90天；越南和美国已经同意就“对等”关税展开协商。该行在参观公司工厂时认为，服装厂和客户都保持冷静，目前没有对订单采取任何行动。
