经营中式面馆品牌“遇见小面”的广州遇见小面餐饮股份向联交所提交上市申请，由招银国际担任独家保荐人。初步招股资料显示，目前该公司于中国经营374家餐厅，在港亦设有6家餐厅，另有64家新店正在筹备当中。截至去年底止年度，遇见小面总商品交易额达到13.48亿元人民币(下同)，单店日均销售额为1,240.2万元，订单平均消费额约32元，翻座率约3.7。
去年度公司录收入11.54亿元，按年增长44%，年内利润增长32%至6,070万元，经调整净利润则增长近36%至6,388.8万元。遇见小面自2015年起通过多轮融资，引入青骢资本、九毛九(09922.HK) 、碧桂园(02007.HK) 、弘毅投资等投资者。
