新意网(01686.HK) 就荃湾杨屋道一幅大型综合发展区用地，向城规会申请放宽密度以重建为综合发展用途。该地现建有6幢工厦，惟新意网只持有1幢工厦的业权，为新意网旗下数据中心Jumbo iAdvantage，料该物业可重建277伙，涉约12.49万平方呎。
据城规会文件显示，新意网持有的项目位于杨屋道145至159号，现为数据中心Jumbo iAdvantage，地盘面积约2万平方呎，计划以总地积比率6.25倍发展，拟重建成一幢楼高约29层高住宅大厦，另设3层平台及1层地库作停车场，提供277伙、平均面积约433平方呎的住宅单位，另设约3,000方呎商业楼面及逾1,900平方呎社福设施，总楼面约12.49万平方呎。
