智通财经APP讯，洲际船务(02409)发布公告，于2025年4月11日(联交所交易时段后)，卖方Golden Daisy Limited(公司的间接全资附属公司)与买方Marine Nexus Limited订立协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买该船舶，代价为3293万美元。
该船舶目前由拥有人根据光船租赁出租予卖方。卖方拟于交付日期根据光船租赁的条款通过行使购买选择权，以购买选择权价格最高为约2100万美元购买该船舶。卖方透过行使购买选择权购买之该船舶应根据协议进一步交付予买方。
