澳门行政长官岑浩辉周二(15日)出席立法会答问大会时表示，澳门财政结构性失衡问题严重，刚性支出压力大。在今年的预算中，经常性开支占约1,150亿澳门元(下同)。当中人员开支最大，占约302.6亿元，涵盖薪资及津贴等支出。
他预期，今年博彩税收将录得约931亿元，占财政收入约81%，并担心一旦每月博彩税收仅录得150亿元，澳门将面临财赤。
岑浩辉提及，已要求研究正常经济体的各产业及税收贡献比例，并指澳门现时有80%税收都来自博彩业的情况存在风险。他亦指，短期内要改变澳门税收结构可能相当困难，但一定要实行，期望各行各业代表一同商量。(js/j)
