NatWest Group said Frank Dangeard will be stepping down as a nonexecutive director of the group and chair of NatWest Markets next week.

The London-listed bank said late Monday that Dangeard will be stepping down from his roles at the annual general meeting on April 23.

Dangeard--who has been on the group board since May 2016 and has been chair of NWM since April 2018--has been on leave since March 25 for personal reasons.
