智通财经APP讯，四川成渝高速公路(00107)发布公告，罗茂泉先生(罗先生)因其个人退休而申请辞任本公司监事(监事)及监事会(监事会)主席的职务，自2025年4月14日起生效。于彼辞任后，罗先生在本集团不再担任任何职务。
鉴于新任监事会主席的选举尚需经过相应的法定程序，根据相关法律法规及本公司《公司章程》相关规定，本公司半数以上的监事共同推举监事李桃女士代为履行监事会主席职务，自2025年4月14日起至新任监事会主席选举就任之日为止。
