智通财经APP获悉，招商证券国际发布研报称，近日据报欧盟与中国达成共识，将探讨为中国制造的电动汽车设定最低价格，以此替代欧盟去年实施的关税措施。该行指出，在中美经贸关系持续紧张之际，中国电车进入欧盟市场迎来重大契机。
另外，该行亦认为，如果中欧达成电动车市场开放，欧盟或提出部分电动车核心技术转移欧美的要求，以助推其汽车产业升级，类似燃油车时代外国品牌进入中国市场的合作模式。该行预计电动化及智能化优势车企如比亚迪股份(01211)、小鹏汽车-W(09868)在技术输出过程中获利，比亚迪电动化产业链技术最全面，而小鹏智能化平台技术领先且之前成功向大众输出技术和车型，并与大众供应链协同降本。
该行估计两种贸易协议方案，一是最低价3万欧元，二是最低价4万欧元。如是前者，中国当前出口欧洲电动车基本上全部受益，受益程度与销量规模一致，依次为比亚迪、上汽集团(600104.SH)、小鹏、零跑汽车(09863)，以及极氪(ZK.US)。如是4万欧元的方案，小鹏的弹性最大，其次为比亚迪中期可以在欧盟内建厂获得更多份额，能灵活应对。
