格隆汇4月16日丨STERLING GP(01825.HK)公告，由于个人健康理由，钟国伟先生已提出辞任(i)执行董事；(ii)公司财务总监；(iii)公司营运总监；(iv)授权代表；(v)法律程序文件代理人；(vi)公司全资附属公司Elegant Maker Limited的董事；及(vii)公司全资附属公司Sterling Apparel Limited的财务总监。
自2025年4月16日起，公司公司秘书王世雄先生已获委任为授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，以填补钟先生于该等职位的空缺。
