　　中银航空租赁（02588）公布截至2025年3月31日止第一季度的营运交易情况。总经理兼首席执行官Steven Townend表示：“建立稳健的飞机交付储备是我们实现资本支出目标的基础。本年第一季度，我们承诺新增125架新飞机，将承诺飞机总数增至346架，创历史新高，为业务增长奠定坚实基础。在其他方面，我们的飞机利用率五年以来首次达到100%，反映市场对飞机的需求持续旺盛。”

　　投资组合及交易概要：投资组合共计829架╱台自有、代管及已订购的飞机和发动机。442架自有飞机的平均机龄为5.1年、平均剩余租期为7.9年。代管机队包括32架飞机。订单簿包括346架飞机。自有及代管机队的客户群覆盖48个国家及地区的93家航空公司。

　　截至2025年3月31日止季度的自有飞机利用率达100%。

　　2025年第一季度共执行158项交易，其中包括：承诺购买125架飞机；交付11架飞机；售出4架自有飞机及1台发动机；16份租约承诺。

　　募集5亿美元票面年利率为4.750%的3年期债券。
