智通财经APP讯，福田股份(08196)发布公告，于2025年4月14日(交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立补充协议，以修订及补充配售协议的若干条款，主要条款概述如下：

根据补充协议，配售股份数目已修订为600万股配售股份。假设于本公告日期至完成日期期间，公司已发行股本并无变动，配售事项项下的配售股份最高数目为600万股，相当于本公告日期公司现有已发行股本18.79%及公司经悉数配发及发行配售股份而扩大后之已发行股本约15.82%。

假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项所得款项最高总额将约为156万港元。预期配售事项所得款项净额将约为150万港元，即每股配售股份的发行价净额为0.251港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用作集团的一般营运资金。

此外，公司已向联交所申请于2025年4月15日上午九时正起恢复股份买卖。
