京东宣布将推出2000亿元出口转内销扶持计划。未来一年内，京东将大规模采购不低于2000亿元的出口转内销商品，帮助外贸企业快速开拓国内市场。京东表示，很多“出海”多年的外贸企业都具备优秀的生产能力，产品品质过硬，但在出口转内销过程中，存在不熟悉国内市场、缺乏运营经验等挑战。为此，京东将在商务部及各级政府部门指导下，对扶持外贸企业做好规划布局，在各地开展多种形式的招商对接。
目前，已有包括京东、盒马、永辉超市等在内的多家零售企业启动扶持计划，帮助外贸型企业开拓国内市场。京东2000亿出口转内销计划是中国从“世界工厂”向“全球品牌孵化器”转型的关键一步。
华泰证券研报认为，京东设立2000亿元专项采购资金助力外贸企业出口转内销，是响应国家政策、挖掘国内市场潜力、推动产业升级的重要举措。这一计划不仅为外贸企业提供了新的发展机遇，也为消费者带来了更多优质商品，同时也为京东自身带来了新的竞争优势和发展空间。通过与京东的合作，外贸企业可以不断提升自身的创新能力、品牌建设和市场运营能力，推动整个行业的高质量发展。
