Concord Enviro Systems (NSE:CEWATER, BOM:544315) has incorporated a step-down subsidiary in Uganda named Concord Water Africa, according to a Saturday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The new company is wholly owned by Concord Enviro (FZE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
Concord Water Africa has been formed to provide industrial water and wastewater treatment solutions.
