智通财经APP讯，新明中国(02699)发布公告，自2022年股东周年大会及2023年股东周年大会结束时起，审核委员会及薪酬委员会的组成将作出以下变动：李彦雯女士获委任为公司审核委员会及薪酬委员会主席。
由于第3(a)、3(c)、3(d)、3(e)、3(f)及3(g)项决议案于2022年股东周年大会及2023年股东周年大会上均未获以投票表决方式通过为公司的普通决议案，丰慈招先生及周奋力先生已各自退任及不再获重选为执行董事，高巧琴女士、周振存先生已各自退任及不再获重选为非执行董事，许麒麟先生已退任及不再获重选为独立非执行董事、审核委员会及薪酬委员会主席及提名委员会成员以及赵公泽先生已退任且不再获重选为独立非执行董事、审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员。
