　　亿华通（02402）早盘一度飙升逾16%，午后股价上涨4.66%，现报23.60港元，成交额5892.88万港元。

　　4月11日，亿华通公告称，公司计划通过发行股份购买定州旭阳氢能有限公司100%股权，并募集配套资金。相关议案已获董事会和监事会审议通过，尽职调查、审计、评估等工作正在推进中。值得注意的是，亿华通约3639.76万股限售股将于4月18日起上市流通，占目前已流通A股比例22.84%。
