天润云(02167)发布公告，2025年4月16日，Flyflux Holding Limited及吴先生订立一份终止契据，以终止双方之间的投票代理契据，并自该日起生效(代理终止)。代理终止生效后，吴先生不再持有Flyflux Holding Limited所持相关股份的投票代理，而安先生及Flyflux Holding Limited亦不再作为控股股东集团的成员。
吴先生、潘先生、李先生、HanyunInc.、XinyunInc.、EastUp Holding Limited、Connect The Unconnected Limited及Technolo-Jin CO.,LTD将继续作为控股股东集团，并继续作为一致行动人士，彼等于8211万股股份及33.98万股库存股份中拥有权益，合共占本公司已发行股本约47.38%。
此外，截至本公告日期，控股股东集团的成员并无计划出售彼等持有的任何股份。
