中粮包装因被强制收购将于4月22日撤销上市地位
4月15日，中粮包装（00906）发布公告，华瑞凤泉发展有限公司将于2025年4月17日完成对中粮包装的强制收购，并撤销其在联交所的上市地位。
截至2025年4月14日，华瑞未接获任何异议申请通知，法院亦未接获相关申请，因此华瑞有权收购所有剩余要约股份。强制收购的代价将于完成后支付，扣除卖方从价印花税（按相关代价0.1%计算）。
公告指出中粮包装的股份已于2025年2月6日起在联交所暂停买卖，并将于2025年4月22日正式撤销上市地位。此举标志着华瑞及其一致行动方将持有中粮包装100%的权益，标志着中粮包装私有化进程即将完成。
