星展香港与恒地(00012.HK) 宣布，双方于本月签订总值50亿港元的双边多期可持续发展挂钩贷款及社会责任贷款。这笔贷款旨在支持恒基地产的业务发展需求，并借此推动恒基地产的可持续发展及社会责任相关项目。此笔融资涵盖一笔4年期的20亿港元可持续发展挂钩贷款；一笔5年期的29亿港元可持续发展挂钩贷款；以及一笔1亿港元的社会责任贷款。
