周鸿祎在“中国企业大讲堂：数智焕企，AI赋能企业高质量发展”表示，AI需要全员参与，在企业中形成AI文化，从上到下要人人都会用AI，特别是领导要带头使用。

　　要从上到下加强AI教育，进行AI培训，提高企业的含AI量，而且要鼓励员工广泛使用AI产品，让员工用中学干中学。

　　但是使用AI并不是人类的天性，所以有时候用AI的习惯是需要强迫养成的，比如可以设立一些考核指标。
