深圳控股一季度合同销售额31.33亿元 同比增83.5%
4月16日，深圳控股（00604）发布公告，2025年第一季度及近期主要业务进展情况。
公告指出，集团在房地产销售、城市综合运营及现代农业等多个领域取得了显著进展。2025年第一季度，集团未经审计的合同销售额约为31.33亿元人民币，较去年同期上升83.5%，合同销售面积约11万平方米，同比增长31.4%，每平方米平均售价约为2.92万元。
在城市综合运营业务方面，集团成功中标多个物业管理项目，包括马鞍山的物管城市项目，服务覆盖范围广泛，清扫和绿化养护面积超过424万平方米。
同时，集团在商业运营上通过承办国际赛事和文娱活动，推动了商场的客流和营业额的增长，深业上城的日均车流同比增加35%，商场营业额增长52%。
此外，现代农业业务也在积极布局，农产品供应链业务同比上升约7%。
