智通财经APP获悉，亿华通(02402)午前飙升逾16%，截至发稿，涨11.75%，报25.2港元，成交额3380.23万港元。
消息面上，4月11日，亿华通公告称，公司计划通过发行股份购买定州旭阳氢能有限公司100%股权，并募集配套资金。相关议案已获董事会和监事会审议通过，尽职调查、审计、评估等工作正在推进中。值得注意的是，亿华通约3639.76万股限售股将于4月18日起上市流通，占目前已流通A股比例22.84%。
长江证券指出，亿华通通过对旭阳集团氢能相关资产的收购，利于实现双方产业协同。该行指出，向产业链上游延伸，是燃料电池行业解决发展困境的关键战略方向；旭阳集团作为大型焦化企业，相关运输场景与氢能源车辆运输场景相吻合，相关运输线路可逐步替换为氢能源车辆运输，利于带动亿华通燃料电池销售增长和附带氢气消纳；双方整合将进一步加强上市公司围绕氢能产业链的全链条研发能力。
