创新药概念涨幅居前，截至发稿，来凯医药-B(02105)涨13.16%，报12.04港元；腾盛博药-B(02137)涨12.35%，报1.82港元；基石药业-B(02616)涨10.88%，报2.65港元；百济神州(06160)涨8.27%，报148港元；和铂医药-B(02142)涨7.41%，报7.68港元。

中泰国际指出，美国总统特朗普于4月8日宣布，将很快宣布对药品征收“重大”关税。该行认为，关税对港股医药行业的主要企业影响有限。对市场重点关注的创新药板块，目前创新药出海主要是与海外药企合作研发的形式，中国药企按研发进度收取授权费，按目前的规定授权费无需缴纳关税，因此目前看关税对创新药生产商无影响。

该行还表示，北京与深圳日前发布创新药企业支持政策。国务院常务会议于2024年7月审议通过《全链条支持创新药发展实施方案》，截止目前广州、上海、珠海、北京、深圳等地已经相继出台创新药支持政策，预计未来中央与地方政府将继续通过奖励研发与加快临床试验及上市的审评审批等方式来支持创新药板块发展。
