消息面上，近日，赣锋锂业发布公告，公司与Lithium Argentina AG(以下简称“LAR”)签署了合作开发盐湖意向书，双方约定将共同开发位于阿根廷的Pozuelos-Pastos Grandes盐湖盆地，该盐湖盆地主要由三个锂盐湖项目组成，分别为公司全资持有的PPG锂盐湖项目，双方共同持有的PG锂盐湖项目(公司持有14.89%股权，LAR持有85.11%)以及SDLP锂盐湖项目(公司持有35%股权， LAR持有65%)。
该意向书确定了双方的合作框架，拟将该盐湖盆地的三个锂盐湖项目整合成新项目(项目名暂定为“PPGS锂盐湖项目”)，并对整合后的PPGS锂盐湖项目制定分阶段开发规划方案，PPGS锂盐湖项目的生产工艺计划部分采用直接提锂法技术，远期规划年产能可达15万吨LCE。取决于客户的需求偏好，并考虑成本最优化方案， PPGS锂盐湖项目的产品将包括氯化锂或碳酸锂。
公司将进一步深化与LAR长期战略合作伙伴关系，在现有基础上进一步拓展，推动未来发展规划。充分发挥公司锂加工领域的专业能力，与大型优质锂资源相结合，共同开发和释放项目潜力和价值。
