消息面上，近日，赣锋锂业发布公告，公司与Lithium Argentina AG(以下简称“LAR”)签署了合作开发盐湖意向书，双方约定将共同开发位于阿根廷的Pozuelos-Pastos Grandes盐湖盆地，该盐湖盆地主要由三个锂盐湖项目组成，分别为公司全资持有的PPG锂盐湖项目，双方共同持有的PG锂盐湖项目(公司持有14.89%股权，LAR持有85.11%)以及SDLP锂盐湖项目(公司持有35%股权， LAR持有65%)。
