洪九果品董事长等被采取刑事强制措施 公司股票已停牌一年多
4月16日，洪九果品（06689）发布公告，公司董事长邓洪九、董事彭何、江宗英、杨俊文、谭波及监事会主席余利霞等或其家属通知，均已被采取不同刑事强制措施，原因与重庆市两江新区公安分局就涉嫌骗取贷款及/或虚开增值税专用发票之事项进行的立案侦查相关。同时，该事件导致自2025年1月6日起公司主要办公场所之一重庆市渝北区东湖南路3号中铁峰汇B座22层被公安机关限制人员出入，公司无法正常办公。截至本公告日期，公司就该事件收到的信息有限，该事件对公司的影响和潜在可能性无法预测。
洪九果品于2022年9月在港交所上市，成为中国“水果第一股”，然而仅维持一年半的时间，洪九果品在2024年3月20日，因2023年财报“难产”，被港交所停牌，截至目前尚未复牌，2023年财报也仍然未公布。
