4月16日，金川国际（02362）发布公告，指出由于需要对其附属公司Ruashi Mining SAS进行额外工作，导致截至2024年12月31日的全年业绩公告延迟。该公司董事会表示，这些额外工作主要涉及过去数年内的付款指控，尽管这些指控并未提供可靠的证明文件或证据，因此相关金额尚未经过验证和确认。
为应对这一情况，公司已成立一个由四名独立非执行董事组成的特别调查委员会，负责跟进指控的调查。同时，已委聘合资格的法证会计师进行独立法证调查，预计将在法证会计师开始工作后约三个月内得出初步调查结果。公司股东和潜在投资者需在交易时保持谨慎。此外，自2025年3月28日起，公司股份已在联交所暂停交易，并将持续暂停，直至另行通知。
