智通财经APP获悉，据媒体消息，知情人士透露，德意志银行(DB.US)已聘请巴克莱银行(BCS.US)资深投资银行家Tom Swerling出任股权资本市场(ECM)全球主管，领导其全球股权资本市场团队。
Swerling的履历显示，自2011年年底以来，他一直在巴克莱银行工作，并于2023年4月开始领导全球股权资本市场(ECM)业务。他的职业生涯始于2001年雷曼兄弟公司，并于2008年调至野村控股公司。
Swerling的职业生涯中，他参与的重要项目包括，英国芯片设计公司Arm(ARM.US)在纳斯达克52亿美元的IPO、CVC Capital Partners在欧洲23亿欧元的IPO、英国国家电网公司National Grid的68亿英镑融资、阿里巴巴(BABA.US)45亿美元的可转债项目等。
