智通财经APP获悉，友宝在线(02429)午后跌超5%，截至发稿，跌4.55%，报2.31港元，成交额1071.5万港元。
消息面上，友宝在线公布，联交所已批准3,564.77万股，约占公司已发行股本总额的4.2873%，于根据建议H股全流通以及转换及上市转换自内资股的H股上市及买卖，惟须待转换及上市的所有其他条件获达成后方可作实。
此外，4月3日，中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会裁定，驳回广州富宏智能科技(申请人)的全部申索；及仲裁程序的费用须由申请人承担。据悉，去年10月，公司收到广州富宏智能科技向中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会提交的仲裁通知书。该通知书涉及2021年6月15日签署的投资协议，指控友宝在线未能按照协议收购富宏持有的深圳友富49%股权。
