【印尼镍产品特许权使用费增加了对镍金属的1.5%的税费】金十期货4月16日讯，印尼总统于4月11日正式签署镍产品特许权使用费新政，政府令分别为PP No.18（2025）和PP No.19（2025），并表示该政策将于4月26日正式实施。据Mysteel了解，相较此前的建议案，镍产品特许权使用费增加了对镍金属的1.5%的税费，此外降低了水淬镍和冰镍的费率；相较起2022年施行的政府令，各品种税率均有所上涨。需要补充的是，法案执行对象仍是持有采矿许可证的运营人，不持有采矿许可证的冶炼厂和外贸商等不在执行对象范围之内。
