【生态环境部：加强新污染物源头防控】金十数据4月15日讯，生态环境部近日发布《关于加强重点行业涉新污染物建设项目环境影响评价工作的意见》，强化新污染物源头防控。此次发布的意见将评价重点放到重点行业和具备相关标准或监测方法的新污染物上。重点关注的行业为石化、涂料、纺织印染、橡胶、农药、医药等六个行业。重点关注的污染物，为重点管控新污染物清单、有毒有害污染物名录、优先控制化学品名录以及《关于持久性有机污染物的斯德哥尔摩公约》附件中已发布环境质量标准、污染物排放标准、环境监测方法标准或其他具有污染治理技术的污染物。
