Vulcan Steel (NZE:VSL, ASX:VSL) shares rose nearly 2% in recent trade.
On the other hand, electronic technology shares dropped 1.63%.
Rakon (NZE:RAK) shares slid almost past 6% in recent trade, reaching its five-year low price of NZ$0.03.
