智通财经APP讯，文化传信(00343)发布公告，于2025年4月16日(交易时段后)，公司与配售代理就认股权证配售事项订立认股权证配售协议，据此，配售代理同意按尽力基准向认股权证承配人(其及其最终实益拥有人(倘适用)均为独立第三方)配售最多2亿份认股权证，附有权利可按初步认股权证行使价每股认股权证股份0.3港元(或须调整)认购最多2亿股认股权证股份。每份认股权证附带权利可认购一股认股权证股份。认股权证将以每份0.031港元配售。初步认股权证行使价每股认股权证股份0.3港元较(i)联交所于最后交易日所报之收市价每股0.163港元溢价约84.1%。
假设最高数目的认股权证按认股权证配售价配售，发行认股权证的所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别约为620万港元及545万港元。发行认股权证的所得款项净额预期将用作集团的一般营运资金，包括支付薪金、租金开支、资讯科技服务及集团其他办公室开支
