智通财经APP讯，紫荆国际金融(08340)发布公告，于2025年4月15日，卖方(即公司全资附属公司紫荆顾问有限公司)与买方(林毓先生)就出售该汽车订立买卖协议，代价为210万港元。于本公告日期，该汽车由卖方合法及实益拥有。
该汽车指1辆由宾利制造的白色Continental GT W12，连同属于其之所有物件(包括但不限于钥匙及服务手册)、车牌及所有相关牌照。
经计及集团的当前财务状况和未来流动资金需求，董事认为，出售事项为公司按合理价格变现该汽车价值的良机，及出售事项的所得款项将改善集团的财务状况并增加其一般营运资金。
