　　在芯片制造商安森美半导体（ON）宣布撤回对电路制造商Allegro微系统公司（ALGM）的收购要约后，Allegro微系统公司的股价在周二早盘暴跌9.2%。

　　安森美半导体，即安森美，上个月将其报价提高至每股 35.10 美元，这使得Allegro的估值约为 69 亿美元。Allegro拒绝了这一报价，称其 “不够充分”。

　　安森美周二表示，在确定 “没有可行的推进路径” 后，已撤回了收购要约。

　　安森美首席执行官哈桑・埃尔 - 库里表示：“虽然我们仍然认为与安森美合并将对两家公司的所有利益相关方都有益，但经过仔细考虑，鉴于Allegro董事会不愿全面参与并探讨我们的提议，我们决定撤回收购提案。”

　　今年 2 月，安森美的第四季度业绩未达预期，埃尔 - 库里称公司仍在 “应对这一市场低迷期”，并将 2025 年称为 “充满不确定性” 的一年。
