中广核矿业董事会调整：王先锋辞任首席执行官 邱斌接任
中广核矿业（01164）发布公告，宣布董事会的人员变动情况。自2025年4月15日起，王先锋不再担任首席执行官，由邱斌接任。王先锋将继续担任董事会主席及董事会提名委员会主席，但将不再领取薪酬。
邱斌此前是公司副总裁，拥有超过30年的核燃料行业经验，曾在多个相关公司担任重要职务。公告中提到，邱斌与公司签订了一份为期两年的服务协议，年薪为95万港元。
此外，自2025年4月15日起，殷雄因达到退休年龄辞任非执行董事职务，且与董事会并无意见分歧。
此次变动旨在更清晰地区分董事会主席与首席执行官的职责。
