经纬天地控股股东出售1.45亿股 交易后恒峰国际成最大股东
经纬天地（02477）发布公告，2025年4月15日，控股股东经纬天地集团有限公司通过两份买卖协议，以每股6港元，分别向寿健出售4500万股、向恒峰国际控股有限公司出售1亿股，分别占公司总股本的4.5%和10%。交易后，经纬天地集团的持股比例从3.11亿股减少至1.66亿股，降至公司已发行股本总额的16.6%。
交易后，恒峰国际持股数量从1.99亿股增至2.99亿股，达到29.9%，成为最大股东。董事会认为，此次出售事项预计不会对业务运营及未来前景造成任何不利影响。
