BlockBeats 消息，4 月 16 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，代币化资产发行方 Securitize 周二表示，已收购 MG Stover 的基金管理业务，使其子公司 Securitize Fund Services 成为最大的数字资产基金管理方。
Securitize 在新闻稿中表示，MG Stover 的团队现在将在 Securitize Fund Services（SFS）旗下运营，将增强该公司的机构级服务。通过此次收购 SFS 目前管理 715 只基金的 380 亿美元资产，其中包括 Securitize 的代币化基金产品，如贝莱德 24.5 亿美元的代币化美国国债基金（BUIDL）。
