NAYA Biosciences (NAYA) said Monday it has renamed itself INVO Fertility, effective immediately, and additionally decided to separate its oncology and fertility businesses into two separate businesses.
The company said it plans to change its Nasdaq ticker symbol to "IVF" as soon as practicable.
The company said it plans to sell a majority stake in its wholly owned subsidiary, NAYA Therapeutics while retaining a minority position.
The new corporate structure "aims to enable both businesses to focus on their respective opportunities and operations," the company said.
