　　近日，中国工商银行与银联国际、越南国家支付公司（NAPAS）、越南外贸银行（Vietcombank）正式签署《中越二维码零售支付互联互通的四方合作协议》。本次协议签署是工商银行落实两国高层共识，助力构建具有战略意义的中越命运共同体的重要举措。

　　工商银行作为中越二维码零售支付互联互通项目的中方清算银行，积极协调与银联国际、越南国家支付公司、越南外贸银行等各相关方的沟通合作，创新推动中越跨境二维码支付清算服务。该项目旨在深化中越支付网络互联互通，围绕两国消费者跨境支付需求，提供更为便捷的金融支付服务，不断充实中越经贸务实合作。

　　目前，工商银行在越南设有河内分行和胡志明代表处2家机构，是越南当地服务客户最多、覆盖范围最广、产品最丰富的中资金融机构，是越南首家具备人民币跨境支付直参行资格的中资金融机构。工商银行将携手中越金融同业积极服务中越经贸大局，提升投融资、跨境支付、全球现金管理等综合服务水平，为服务共建“一带一路”倡议与“两廊一圈”框架对接深入、新时代中越命运共同体建设贡献更大金融力量。
