0914 GMT - Publicis Chairman and CEO Arthur Sadoun says the bottom end of the company's outlook remains a "rock solid floor" despite tariff uncertainty. "It factors in the current deteriorating economic landscape, including cuts in marketing spend as a result of the reduced client visibility in the context of U.S. tariffs," Sadoun says in a call with analysts. The French advertising group reaffirmed its full-year guidance of organic net revenue growth of 4% to 5%. Shares rise 2.7% to 86.26 euros. (adria.calatayud@wsj.com)
