万泰生物4月11日晚发布的年报显示，2024年公司营业收入为22.45亿元，同比下降59.25%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为1.06亿元，同比下降91.49%；归属于母公司股东的扣非净利润为-1.86亿元，同比下降117.29%。

值得注意的是，万泰生物2024年的营收、净利润均创公司上市5年来新低，净利润更是创10年来新低。

年报显示，公司2024年疫苗营收6.06亿元，同比暴跌84.69%，毛利率70.43%，同比下降21.17%。对于公司2024年营收和利润下降的原因，万泰生物解释称，是因为公司疫苗板块受市场调整、政府集采及九价HPV疫苗扩龄等影响，销售不及预期，疫苗板块收入出现大幅下降。

万泰生物的实际控制人为农夫山泉创始人、前“中国首富”钟睒睒。截至2024年年底，钟睒睒直接持有万泰生物17.70%的股份，对公司的表决权17.70%；钟睒睒通过养生堂有限公司间接控股对公司的表决权55.79%。面对业绩接连大降，钟睒睒如何挽救万泰生物，成为市场关注的热点。

资料显示，万泰生物成立于1991年，是从事生物诊断试剂与疫苗研发及生产的高新技术企业。公司下设七家子公司，产品涵盖酶免、胶体金、化学发光、核酸检测、生化、疫苗以及质控品等多个领域。
