消息面上，近日，安踏体育公布2025年一季度运营报告。主品牌安踏零售额同比取得高单位数增长；FILA零售额同比取得高单位数增长。其他品牌同比取得65%-70%的正增长。此外，安踏体育宣布全资收购德国知名户外品牌Jack Wolfskin（狼爪），基础对价为现金2.9亿美元。国金证券表示，主品牌稳健叠加新品牌矩阵快速发展，持续看好公司发展。天风证券认为，公司作为体育品牌龙头企业，旗下品牌矩阵丰满，充分受益运动户外红利。
