智通财经APP获悉，UTS MARKETING(06113)复牌飙涨逾66%，截至发稿，涨66.67%，报5.5港元，成交额103.7万港元。
消息面上，UTS MARKETING公布，Marketing Intellect、Marketing Talent及Marketing Wisdom向独立第三方罗祖春(要约人)及ALF出售合共3亿股持股，现金代价1.86亿港元，相当于每股作价0.62港元。完成后，要约人及其一致行动人士将持有公司股本75%，须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股现金价0.62港元，较停牌前收报折让81.21%。要约结束后，公司英文名称将更改为“BitStrat Holdings Limited”，并加入中文名称“比特策略控股有限公司”。
