4月16日金融一线消息，郑州银行今日召开2024年度业绩网上说明会。郑州银行党委副书记、执行董事、行长李红表示，根据现阶段实际经营情况和外部市场环境，郑州银行持续开展“倾斜一线，优化资源配置”和“降本增效”工作，2024年，在与经营业绩挂钩的基础上，高管薪酬总额压降超10%。

　　李红指出，同时，郑州银行进一步调整内部分配结构，优化薪酬分配级差，合理压降管理人员薪酬标准，将调整出来的薪酬资源配置到基层员工，充分调动一线员工工作积极性，做好业务发展支撑保障。
