Sheffield Green's (SGX:SGR) wholly-owned subsidiary, Wind Asia Training, entered into a non-binding term sheet with the sole shareholder of Advanced Blade Repair Services (ABRS), to acquire a majority stake in ABRS.

ABRS is a UK-based company that provides wind energy training solutions in the United Kingdom, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Under the term sheet, the company will look into acquiring a 70% stake, with an option to purchase the remaining share capital.

The consideration for the initial stake is 1 million pounds, with a two-month period of exclusivity.

The potential acquisition is part of the company's efforts to complement its business of providing human resource and ancillary services in the renewable energy sector.
