智通财经APP讯，美高梅中国(02282)发布公告，于2025年4月15日，公司与若干放款人订立协议，据此放款人同意向公司授出总金额最多为234亿港元的循环信贷融通，最后到期日为协议日期后满60个月当日。2025年循环信贷融通将会按浮动年利率计息，其以香港银行同业拆息为基准加利差计算，并按公司的杠杆比率厘定。该循环信贷融通的所得款项将用作为现有的循环信贷融通及第二项循环信贷融通进行再融资，以满足持续营运资金需求及集团的一般企业用途。2025年循环信贷融通的可用程度乃取决于惯常文件的条件。自2025年4月22日起，该等现有循环信贷融通项下的应付款项将获悉数偿还，而其承担总额将获全数注销。
