4月16日，招商证券（600999/06099）发布公告，近日公司收到中国证券监督管理委员会的批复，同意向专业投资者公开发行面值总额不超过60亿元的永续次级公司债券。

该批复的有效期为自同意注册之日起24个月内，公司可以在此期间分期发行永续次级公司债券。
