智通财经APP获悉，据市场消息，南方航空(600029.SH)据悉考虑将货运子公司在香港IPO。值得注意的是，南方航空于2月21日发布南航物流停止分拆上市的公告。南方航空称，基于目前市场环境变化，为统筹安排资本运作规划，经充分沟通及审慎论证后，公司子公司南航物流拟撤回其在上海证券交易所主板上市的申请。
公开资料显示，南航物流是南方航空的控股子公司，主营业务为航空速运、地面综合服务和供应链综合解决方案，独家经营南方航空旗下航空综合物流业务。
