　　4月15日金融一线消息，杭州银行今日发布关于变更股权获国家金融监督管理总局浙江监管局核准的公告。公告显示，近日公司收到《国家金融监督管理总局浙江监管局关于杭州银行变更股权的批复》（浙金复〔2025〕125号），同意新华人寿保险股份有限公司受让澳洲联邦银行持有的公司329，638，400股股份。

　　受让后，新华人寿保险股份有限公司合计持有公司356，555，844股股份，占截至2025年4月14日公司普通股总股本的5.63%。杭州银行将依照相关法律法规办理后续股权变更手续，并依法履行相应信息披露义务。
