智通财经APP讯，中国智慧能源(01004)发布公告，公司董事会谨此知会公司股东，于2025年4月10日，公司收到安柏财经服务集团有限公司(呈请人)于2025年4月10日向香港特别行政区高等法院(高等法院)针对公司提交的清盘呈请(安柏呈请)，据此，呈请人要求高等法院颁令公司清盘，理由为声称公司未有偿还其84.17万港元的债务。有关债务基于呈请人声称根据区域法院于2025年3月10日作出的终审判决及呈请人的法定代表于2025年3月19日发出的法定要求偿债书，公司未有向呈请人支付判决债务总额83.41万港元连同利息及费用。安柏呈请将于2025年6月18日上午10时正于高等法院聆讯。
公司当前正就安柏呈请寻求建议并与呈请人讨论和解计划。公司将透过于适当时候刊发进一步公告的方式告知公司股东及潜在投资者有关安柏呈请的任何进一步重大进展。
