智通财经APP讯，晋景新能(01783)发布公告，于2025年3月16日，本公司与浙江晶科储能有限公司(晶科)订立谅解备忘录。根据备忘录的条款，本公司与晶科将在绿色能源业务领域密切合作，包括以下内容：(a)在全球回收市场合作，专注于建立全面的回收网络，本公司将在全球开放其回收点，与晶科共同使用，促进资源共享，并最大限度地提高营运效率及全球回收影响;及(b)在全球范围内探索特定战略市场的合作机会，以实现全球伙伴关系。
董事会认为，本公司与晶科订立的谅解备忘录将优化电池回收业务，双方将致力于发展创新合作模式，在全球及本地打造高效及有效的电池材料回收及绿色物流解决方案。该等合作(倘落实)将进一步巩固本公司作为全球新能源业务市场先导者的地位。拟进行的合作亦符合本公司的发展战略。鉴于上述理由及裨益，董事会认为，订立备忘录符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
